For a century there have been plans to build a railway over the Reschenpass at c. 1500m to connect Vorarlberg with Südtirol and Graubünden. I am going to cycle where the line could be built. Then it’s back to Austria across the Brenner pass, and then onwards to Germany via Mittenwald.
